I assert that there are 2 types of humans:-
Bulls and Bears
Bulls:- Want to grow
Bears:- Want to control.
And we need both of them.

For Bulls the aspect of stopping someone else does not even exist, they would much rather create something different on their own.
For Bears others need to be conformed to their realities.
Consider School VS Unacademy.
Unacademy:- Does not forces you to sit in classes, neither it forces the teachers to teach. It creates a structure where you can grow being a teacher or a student.
School:- It forces you to conform to its realities of periods, classes and discipline. The teachers have to teach and the students have to study.
The same case exists for individual personalities.
Consider Iron Man movie:- Tony Stark vs Pepper Potts
Tony Stark:- He’ll not force anyone to do anything, even if faced by a direct problem he’ll create a solution to get out of it. He’ll keep innovating.
Pepper Potts:- For her, people HAVE to do stuff. Stark HAS to go to parties, attend functions, act orderly and stuff.
The case exists for political systems.
Consider Capitalism vs Communism
Capitalism:- Each one create whatever you think people want.
Communism:- The Govt shall tell what all needs to be created and you HAVE to obey.
The glaring similarities b/w Capitalism/Communism and Unacademy/School are too big to ignore.
The underlying principle remains the same:- Bulls & Bears.
